You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is in the same condition you received it
• You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Sale or discounted items
• Products that show signs of wear or installation
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We'll arrange for inspection and replacement or refund where applicable.
